Introduction to the User Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal consequences resulting from your use of the store's services over the Internet via this electronic platform. The use of the Infinity Chance store by any person, whether a consumer of a service, product, or otherwise, constitutes their approval and acceptance, with full legal capacity, of all the provisions and terms of this agreement, and confirms your commitment to its regulations and what is stated therein. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store. This agreement is considered valid and effective once you accept it and begin registering with Infinity Chance in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:

1. (Store) This term refers to the Infinity Chance Store, and this definition includes all forms of the Infinity Chance Store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application or a page on any social media platform.

2. (User) This term refers to every consumer who purchases the product or service from the store through its electronic platform.

3. (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

Article Two - User Legal Capacity:

1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.

2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Article Three - The nature of the Infinity Chance store’s commitment:

1. Infinity Chance Store's commitment to consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).

2. Infinity Chance Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.

Article Four - Controls for using the Infinity Chance Store:

1. The user is committed to using the Infinity Chance Store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. When purchasing a service or product from the Infinity Chance Store, the user undertakes not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join the Infinity Chance Store as a user, you are obligated to disclose information for use when accessing the Infinity Chance Store services. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Infinity Chance Store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to immediately notify Infinity Chance Store of any unauthorized use of your Infinity Chance Store account information or any other breach of your security information.

2. Infinity Chance Store will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of account information.

3. You are committed to using your account or membership at the Infinity Chance Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, you will bear the consequences of losses or misuse, since you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.

4. When using the Infinity Chance Store, you agree to use it seriously and honestly.

5. You agree to provide true, correct, current, complete and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with Infinity Chance Store and to update your information if it changes in reality or if necessary.

6. Infinity Chance Store is committed to treating your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.

7. If Infinity Chance Store finds that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, Infinity Chance Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform, without prejudice to Infinity Chance Store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.

8. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above, the Infinity Chance management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing the Infinity Chance store services again.

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will take place via the WhatsApp registered on the platform, the phone number, or via social media platforms.

2. The User agrees that all data and communications provided electronically shall be deemed equivalent to their written counterparts and shall be of independent legal force in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.

3. The User agrees that he may be contacted and informed of any provisions relating to this Agreement or dealings with him by the Infinity Chance Store management by broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of the Infinity Chance Store.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

1. Infinity Chance may notify you of any modification to this Agreement in accordance with the official communication methods under this Agreement,

2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Infinity Chance Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in the Infinity Chance Store or your use of the Infinity Chance Store constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent, negating ignorance, and Infinity Chance Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these terms.

3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals. Users must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any additional expenses added by the Infinity Chance Store. Payment must be made using the approved, specified, and available methods through the Infinity Chance Store.

4. Infinity Chance may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the country on the nature of the product or service.

5. Infinity Chance Store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease or deduct any fees or expenses under the terms, clauses and provisions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services for Infinity Chance Store:

1. Infinity Chance Store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system in the Infinity Chance Store. Payments can be made entirely online through the payment options available in the Infinity Chance Store or through any payment method provided by the Infinity Chance Store from time to time.

2. Infinity Chance Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.

3. Infinity Chance Store is committed to providing invoices for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product from Infinity Chance Store.

4. Infinity Chance Store is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and in view of the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests of this organization.

Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

1. The User acknowledges that he grants Infinity Chance an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use any personal or other information or materials that he has provided or furnished to the Infinity Chance platform or announced on the platform through his joining or use of it, through the designated contact and registration forms, or via any email or any of the communication channels available on the platform, for the purpose of achieving any interests that the platform deems appropriate.

2. The confidentiality of consumer information is subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of the Infinity Chance Store, and to the provisions of this agreement related to confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights of the Infinity Chance Store are rights owned by the Infinity Chance Store in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2. The User or Consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Infinity Chance, which includes the Infinity Chance Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the Infinity Chance Store or displayed on the Infinity Chance Store, as the Infinity Chance Store, and all rights attached to the Infinity Chance Store, are rights owned entirely by the intellectual property of the Infinity Chance Store.

Article Eleven - Infinity Chance Store Responsibility:

1. Infinity Chance Store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2. Infinity Chance Store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.

3. Infinity Chance Store, its employees, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

1. Infinity Chance Store takes measures (physical, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users' personal information.

2. You as a user acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through the Infinity Chance Store.

3. Infinity Chance has no control over the actions of any third party, such as other websites linked to the Platform or third parties claiming to represent you or others.

4. You understand and agree that Infinity Chance may use the information you provide to it to provide services to you in Infinity Chance and to send you marketing messages. Privacy in Infinity Chance regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information, and the confidentiality rules are subject to Infinity Chance’s “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy”.

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Infinity Chance Store may suspend or terminate a User's membership or restrict a User's access to the Platform Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Applicable law or regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen - General Provisions:

• In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in this User Agreement and they shall remain in effect until further notice from the management of the Infinity Chance Store.

• This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between the Infinity Chance Store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:

1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.

2. All prices displayed for Infinity Chance Store services or products may be modified from time to time.

3. The promotional or marketing offers that Infinity Chance Store may place are temporary offers, as Infinity Chance Store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules and applicable laws and regulations related to the nature of the dealings between the Infinity Chance store and the user.

5. This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the Infinity Chance Store management.
